Your Package Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 24h working hours after receipt of your payment and the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 am (Paris time GMT+1).

Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Returns

You have a period of 30 days to change your mind and send back the product(s) that you do not like without having to justify it. This period starts from the date of the standard delivery of the consumer's order indicated when the order is confirmed. Each product is packed in a secure transparent bag that must not have been open during the return.

Follow these steps to return a product:

1) Make sure the original secure bag of the relevant product(s) has not been opened.
2) Write us a simple e-mail which have for subject "Product Return" to prevent us and write in this e-mail the number of the relevant order.
3) Wait until we valide the return request (up to 12 hours for a reply).
4) Ship the product by tracked letter in its original secure bag to the following address enclosing a photocopy of the invoice or the original one:

Once we get the products, they will be generally refunded within 24 working hours (7 working days maximum).

Any product whose packaging has been opened or that will be returned by not complying with these steps will be returned to the customer and will not be refunded.
